Planning Commetee

The government of Cameroon has just appointed a Planning Committee that will be devoted to preparing that country’s participation at the 7th EMA Invest. Presided over by Delegate Minister of Economic Programmes, this committee is comprised of the general manager of Tésor, the presidents of the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Agriculture, GICAM, APPECAM, Syndustricam, the Douala Stock Exchange as well as representatives of the ministries of Economic Affairs, Domestic Policy, Fund Affairs, Industry, Mining and Technological Development, small and medium-sized companies, Social Economy, Art and Craft, Tourism, Public Works, Urban Development and Housing.

well, did the IMF after ww2 and development banks in washington didnt use departments of emerging countries to go and get loans to washington dc that has been creating debts since 80s because these loans could nt be paid back..??..equity.. with partnerships for technology transfer instead of infrastructures led by gvts..roosevelt with the new deal in america intervened when america underwent crisis..financial.. that s why derivative products, financial derivatives products such as cdo or cds credit default swaps or collateral devlopement obligations were invented, as margin products rather then in the heads of the speculators high yield products..
